Best Chinese food we’ve had in London. The fried rice and soup were loaded with huge chunks of meat and vegetables, the beef and chicken were tender, just a fantastic meal, delivered quickly, at a reasonable price.

What a fantastic find! Lotus Gardens is a locally owned, family-operated Chinese restaurant that truly stands out. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed—like part of the family. The owners take pride in their food and service, and it shows in every detail. The dishes are made with love and authentic flavors. The dumplings are my favourite and tasted just like a home-cooked meal. You can tell they use quality ingredients and made it with love. Beyond the delicious food, the warm, personal service made the experience even better. It’s rare to find a place that feels this genuine and community-focused. Supporting local family businesses like this one is always a pleasure. I was heartbroken to hear about the recent robbery they experienced. No small business should have to go through something like that, especially one that brings so much joy to the community. But if anyone can bounce back stronger, it’s this resilient family!

Excellent Food. My family has been eating at Lotus for more than 30 years and the quality remains the same. But if you are looking for an updated fine dining restaurant this isn't the place for you. It's a bit run down inside and service by wait staff is good but not excellent. The food is the thing though and I mainly do take out. Try it. You won't be disappointed by the fresh and delicious taste.
